California residents suddenly can't charge their electric vehicles

California is facing a variety of natural hazards. California has been severely affected by severe

droughts, which have led to many local officials issuing energy-conservation notices.

California's Labor Day weekend will see traffic problems that are worse than ever.

Because excessive charging could cause damage to the state's power grid, the state suggests that residents refrain from using their electric cars over the weekend.

This issue is just a week after California passed legislation that would eventually ban the sale of gasoline-powered cars.

California is currently in an energy and resource shortage, so using electricity to charge cars could cause disruptions to the entire power grid.
